What Is The Perfect Work At Home Or Mlm Business Opportunity?

Trying to find the perfect work at home or MLM business opportunity can be a major source of frustration. Lets face it, there are many different opportunities to choose from and knowing which one to invest your time and money in can be a difficult task. In this brief article, Im going to give you an overview of a few of the things that I look for in a home based business opportunity. Hopefully by the time youve finished reading this, youll be able to spot the opportunities worth pursuing as well as the ones worth dumping.

In my opinion, the perfect work at home / MLM business opportunity should be easy to start. A home business that takes a long time to get up and running wont be easily duplicated by your downline, and youre not likely to see the viral growth in your business that most network marketers are seeking.

Another important trait to look for is a compensation plan that rewards you for supporting your downline. Many MLM compensation plans fail to reward the upline sponsor for investing time and energy into their downline, and as a result they end up with a wide business but no depth. Finding a network marketing compensation plan that rewards downline support also means that youll have the help you need, when you need it.

Lastly, is there a marketing and promotion system in place? Are you left on your own to explain the opportunity to others, or is there a system that you can plug into to get up and running? With all of the technology that we now have available, you should be using automated systems to do much of the grunt work in your business.

Hopefully this short article has given you some points to consider as youre searching for the perfect work at home or MLM business. Remember to keep in mind that even the perfect business will require effort and dedication on your part to succeed.

West Nile Virus Protection - Repel Mosquitoes!

September 21st, 2007

Between January and July 2007 the confirmed cases of human infection with the West Nile virus have only been confined to the province however the past 60 days have seen cases of the virus reaching most areas of Canada. However, confirmed cases of the virus have been documented across the many parts of the United States including North Dakota, Michigan, New York and Florida.
Symptoms are usually mild and include fever, headache, body aches, sometimes skin rash and swollen lymph glands. Severe infection is marked by headache, high fever, neck stiffness, stupor, disorientation, with coma, tremors, convulsions, paralysis and occasionally death. If illness occurs, it usually happens within five to 15 days of being bitten by an infected mosquito. What are we doing as a society to stop this? The answer to that question is complex, the Canadian and US governments are monitoring birds and mosquitoes to prevent a major outbreak of the virus. Many states and provinces have implemented a mass spraying program in summer 2002 to control populations of the type of adult mosquitoes that carry West Nile virus.
The real question we should all be asking ourselves is; how can I protect myself and my family? Simple measures like ensuring that things in and around the yard like pool covers, saucers under flower pots, children's toys, pet bowls and wading pools are regularly emptied of standing water. Most health agencies recommend some type of external skin protection; however many of today's insect repellent products contain DEET, a chemical shown to be linked to poor health and even cancer. If consumers would only take the time to look beyond the chemical repellents they will see some alternative products that based on natural ingredients. One of these alternative natural based insect repellent products is the Skin Armor Soap, made by the same company that brought the Facedoctor Skin Products to North America. Skin Amour Soap is marketed as being an all natural repellent that contains menthol, citronella oil, lavendula and Eucalyptus Oil to form an amazing combination to stop insects. The product website (www.skinarmour.ca) is full of great information on the product, mosquitoes and contains many great customer testimonials. Testing of the product has shown the Skin Armor Soap to be effective for up to 8 hours and is safe to use to by the whole family. Skin Amour Soap can be purchased at most fine retailers across the United States and Canada, including Wal-Mart Stores and Shopper's Drug Mart stores across Canada. Get your Skin Armor Soap today and protect yourself and family from mosquitoes and the diseases they carry.

The Common Cold: Children's Leading Source Of Discomfort

Our body is always prone to different infections, sickness, and illnesses that may harm our health. It is necessary for each person to take enough vitamins and minerals to increase our body's protection from harmful bacteria and viruses that cause illness. Vitamin supplements are usually given to children who need more protection against illnesses. A change in the weather, how they go about their outdoor playtime activities, and what they eat and drink affect chilren's state of health.

Among the many illnesses contracted by children, perhaps there is none more common that the common cold. The common cold is a highly contagious viral infection of the upper respiratory tract. It is one of the most common reasons why children visit doctors and become absent from school. From having headaches to sniffles and sneezes, to a sore throat and irritating cough, having this particular infection usually catches up with us or our children when our body's immune system is no longer able to stave off viral attacks.

The first few symptoms of a common cold are often felt in the throat, a symptom that is characterized by a somewhat tickling sensation. A runny or stuffy nose can also occur when dealing with the common cold, which also includes the annoying sneeze. Children with colds may also experience sore throat, cough, headache, mild fever, muscle aches, fatigue, and loss of appetite. A child that is sick with the common cold is likely to have a watery to thick yellow or green discharge from their nose.

How do we get the cold virus? Rhino viruses are invisible droplets in the air we breathe or on things we touch. This specific virus is the main cause of a common cold, and can penetrate through the protective lining of a child's nose and throat, provoking an immune system reaction which are really shown as cold symptoms. A common cold is most contagious during the first two to four days after symptoms appear, and can still be contagious for up to three weeks. Catching a cold is easy, since this can be done through contact with another person, or by breathing in virus particles that were spread in the air through sneezing or coughing. Touching the mouth or nose after touching another surface that is contaminated with the rhino virus can also spread the disease. The whole duration of this kind of infection depends on the treatment or the child himself. Common cold symptoms generally appear two or three days after exposure to the said infection. Most of the colds that we experience lasts for up to one week, but some clears up in as early as two weeks.

In order to prevent your children from getting this common infection, it is advisable to stay away from anyone who smokes or is currently having colds, since its virus particles can reach up to twelve feet when someones sneezes or coughs. After blowing their noses, it is good if children wash their hands thoroughly and frequently. It is also good to teach them how to cover their noses or mouths when coughing or sneezing to prevent the infection from spreading out. Since the virus from a common cold is contagious, it is better for people, especially the children, to not use or share towels, eating utensils, and drinking glass. As they always say, prevention is better than cure.

Common Cold Care And Prevention

For all its findings, discoveries, and achievements, medical science still has yet to come up with a cure. Common cold occurs more often than any other disease hence, its name. There are approximately 200 viruses that can cause a cold. Most colds are caused by rhinoviruses (the name comes from rhin, the Greek word for nose) that are in invisible droplets in the air we breathe or on the things we touch. Aside from rhinoviruses, there are more than 100 subtypes that cause up to half of all colds. They can infiltrate the protective lining of the nose and throat, triggering an immune system reaction that can lead to sore throat, headache, and experience difficulty breathing through the nose. A common cold results from exposure to the virus. Infections are spread from one person to another, by hand-to-hand contact, or by a cough or sneeze that sprays many virus particles into the air. Its intensity, however, depends upon the state of health of the person and environmental factors.

The common cold (also called viral rhinitis) is a viral infection, characterized by nasal congestion, a clear, runny nose, sneezing, scratchy throat and general malaise. Low vitality, exposure to cold, lack of sleep, depression, fatigue, and factors such as sudden changes in temperature, dust, and other irritating inhalations are important contributory causes.

Normally, common cold symptoms can be treated at home. Antibiotics are not prescribed because they do not work against viruses, however, if the cold leads to complications such as sinusitis, ear infection, tonsilitis, or chronic bronchitis, a physician may prescribe antibiotics. Moreover, a person in good health who becomes the victim of a cold may not need to see a doctor.

To relieve the symptoms of a cold, the following self-care advice may be helpful:
Drink plenty of non-alcoholic fluids to keep yourself hydrated. This is especially important for children. Water is best, but warm drinks can be soothing.
Rest and avoid stress and strenuous activity.
Keep the room at a comfortable temperature, but make sure that fresh air is circulating.
Smoke irritates the nose and throat. Try to avoid being around people who smoke and avoid smoke-filled environments like pubs or clubs. If you are a smoker, try to smoke as little as possible while you are feeling unwell,

If common cold is accompanied with coughing, a cough medicine may help to soothe a ticklish or dry cough. Over-the-counter products available from the local pharmacist are often sold as combined remedies for treating a cough and cold. Preparations may contain several ingredients and it should always follow the manufacturers instructions to make sure one is taking the right dosage for the symptoms. As so many different viruses can cause the common cold, no vaccination against it has yet been developed. However, there are some things one can do to help prevent it from spreading:

Wash your hands regularly and properly, especially after touching your nose or mouth and before handling food.

Always sneeze and cough into tissues. This should help prevent the virus-containing droplets from your nose and mouth entering the air where they can infect others. Throw away used tissues immediately and then wash your hands.

Do not share cups or kitchen utensils with others. Use your own cup, plates and cutlery.

If a cold becomes nasty, like if a person develops chest pain or starting to experience difficulty in breathing, immediately seek medical attention. A doctor will likely examine the throat and ears, and the doctor may take a throat culture by brushing your throat with a long cotton-tipped swab. This will show whether a person has a bacterial infection, which requires treatment with antibiotics. Otherwise a person battling a common cold, can treat all the symptoms at home.

Benefits Of Essential Amino Acids !!!

Methionine: Methionine, cysteine, and cystine are the sulphur containing amino acids of the body. All are glycogenic. Methionine is essential amino acid, whereas the cysteine and cystine are not. Methionine is amino-methyl-thiobutyric acid. This is to be given in diet, or can be substituted with its corresponding keto acids, which cannot be synthesized in the body but on amination gives rise to methionine. The methionine can be synthesized in the micro-organism by methylating the homocysteine.

Three amino acids methionine, arginine, and glycine are directly involved in synthesis of cretine. First arginine and glycine help in formation of glycocyamine in kidney, which then is methylated by active methionine in the liver to complete the synthesis of creatine.

The catabolism of methionine leads to succinyl-CoA and CO2. The methionine takes part in the metabolic functions as methyl donor, in synthesis of cysteine and homoserine, and in formation of keto methyl thiobutyric acid.

It can make choline in aid of vitamin B-12. It acts as an antioxidant. It keeps liver healthy. It checks fat and cholesterol. It maintains nitrogen balance in the body.

Sources of methionine: It is found mainly in whole milk powder, cheese, curd, milk egg, pork, peaches, grapes, watermelon seeds, sunflower and sesame seeds, cauliflower, bitter gourd, sweet potato, carrot and celery leaves, barely, millet, ragi, rice, and wheat. The RDA for children is 22 mg, and for adults is 13 mg per kg. body weight.

Lysine: Lysine is an essential amino acid, as it cannot be synthesized in the body. It eliminates virus infections in combination with vitamin C, A and zinc. Its deficiency can cause poor appetite, weight loss, anaemia, and low concentration.

It is a daminocaproic acid and cannot be synthesized in the body. It is essential for growth. Lysine is synthesized in plants and micro-organism. In the yeast, it is synthesized from acetate and ketoglutarate. In the bacteria, it is synthesized from aspirate and pyruvate. Lysine is a ketogenic amino acid.

Lysine checks spreading of viruses. It eliminates virus infection in combination with zinc, and vitamin A and C. Vitamin C makes lysine more powerful in controlling virus effects. The deficiency can cause poor appetite, weight loss, anaemia, low concentration, and cold ailments. It promotes recovery in herpes.

Sources of Lysine: It is available is apple, mango, papaya, beef, pork, milk, curd, cheese, dry yeast, bottle gourd, cauliflower, jack fruit, cashew nut, pistachio, sunflower seeds, bathua, spinach, beetroot, potato, soyabean, redgram, rajmah, dry peas, lentil, green gram, cow pea, bengal gram, wheat, rice, and barley. The RDA for children is 44 mg, and for adults is 12 mg per kg. body weight.

Straight Talk About Cold Sore Symptoms?

It is critical for you to know these cold sore symptoms in order to cope with them - and is the first step in reducing or eliminating these outbreaks. As you will see, each stage of a cold sore has its identifying cold sore symptoms.

Your first set of cold sore symptoms occur when you are initially infected with the cold sore virus. Commonly, your symptoms will include sore throat, headaches, fever and general poor feeling overall.

Your initial symptoms will occur about 13 to 16 days after exposure and can last about three to four days. They may be so mild that you will not know it is anything important. They also could be severe enough that you may think you have the flu or bad cold. You may or may not get a cold sore this time, but most people do not.

FACTOID: Cold sore symptoms only occur by the replication activity of the herpes simplex virus. 89% of the human population carry this virus. For a large part of your life, the herpes virus hides in the cells of your nerve ganglia behind your ear.

You will not have any cold sore symptoms when the herpes virus is inactive. In about 36%, the virus NEVER becomes active. With the rest of us, we will average one cold sore every 9.1 months. It is not uncommon for many folks to get four to six per year. Ouch.

Your cold sore symptoms of the first stage of an outbreak is a combination of itching, burning, tingling and a dry feeling at the site of the future cold sore. These are often so mild you may not notice them. These symptoms tell you that a cold sore could be a few hours to two days away.

The next phase of your cold sore symptoms begin with swelling of the area. Small, red pimple like bumps appear. These can be quite painful to the touch. You may feel like you are coming down with the flu. Your symptoms could include slight fever, headaches, tiredness, and the start of some swelling in your lymph glands.

Next, your little bumps swell, burst and come together causing one or two large open ulcer-like sores. You will find these quite painful as the sore is created on the end of a nerve. You will probably experience a runny nose and fever-induced headaches.

This is probably your most painful time. You will find the lymph glands under the jaw are now quite swollen and painful also. Your sore will be draining a clear fluid packed with cold sore virus. You are especially contagious at this time.

In a couple days your cold sore will scab over and begin healing. It will still be painful to the touch. Cracking of your scab is common and painful also. Your headaches, fever and swollen lymph glands should now be subsiding. As healing progresses, you will still experience itching and irritation of the cold sore.

Normally your scab will fall off in a few days. This will reveal new skin but healing will still be taking place beneath - which will continue to cause you itching and redness of the area for another week or two. Your fever and headaches should be about gone now. Your lymph glands should be greatly reduced.

If your are like me, this is the most frustrating part of a cold sore. You look and feel much better but the healing is still taking place. You must be careful as it is quite common for the cold sore to turn around and come right back during this time. Keep using a good cold sore treatment plan to prevent this.

One final note of caution. I wish I had more space because there is so much to tell you about eliminating cold sores and avoiding these cold sore symptoms. Let me leave you with this.

You must be careful not to spread the cold sore virus to someone else or cause a new cold sore site on your own body. Keep in mind that this virus is easily spread and quite contagious during all of these cold sore symptoms.

Two Questions To Ask About Bird Flu Vaccines

The results of a government-funded study show that very high doses of an avian influenza vaccine, supplied by Sanofi-Aventis, are needed to produce an immune response that should guard against the virus. 54% of the volunteers received two shots of 90 micrograms each, 28 days apart. A typical flu shot is 15 micrograms.

Based on the requirements seen in the study, the U.S. government's current stockpile of vaccines would provide enough for only about four million people, according to Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.

The problem isn't just a matter of dosage. It is also a matter of production. Flu vaccines are produced using hen's eggs,a 50-year old technology, if it can be called that. Automated machines inject hundreds of thousands of eggs, then an 11-day waiting period begins while the eggs incubate, brewing viruses that are then killed and bottled. To produce millions of the the final product takes about six months.

Then there's the question no one seems to be asking: if we plan to rely upon chicken eggs to incubate an H5N1 virus, how do we know the H5N1 virus won't kill the eggs? H5N1 already kills chickens. Shouldn't we assume it also kills a high percentage of chicken eggs? Sanofi-Aventis is spending $150 million of its own money building a new vaccine-making plant based on the theory that H5N1 won't kill the eggs. By the way, eggs have to be ordered many months in advance for this antiquated process.

And where does Sanofi-Aventis plan to get all these egg-laying chickens anyway? Millions of chickens have been slaughtered worldwide already and a pre-pandemic scenario could kill off whole U.S. chicken farms at once.

However, there is a new vaccine technology on the horizon. It's called cell-based vaccine. Giant vats of living cells, such as dog kidney cells, multiply and then are inoculated with the virus. There are two companies already in the marketplace, one in Holland, one in Germany, but the technology won't be widely available for years. The FDA must review the entire method before any equipment can be imported to the U.S.

Clearly, the U.S. has waited for a new virus to come along to spur vaccine research. We may have waited too long. H5N1 isn't waiting. It's figuring out how to mutate into human-to-human transmission. In fact, the rate of mutation is alarming. Dr. Robert Webster, Ph.D., Member, St. Jude Faculty Rose Marie Thomas Chair, calls H5N1 "the most frightening virus I've ever seen in 40 years of research."

If you and your family are counting on a vaccine to protect you against H5N1 (Avian Influenza), don't bet on it. There are still too many unanswered questions and too many risks.

Five Promotional Ideas For Non-profit Awareness Campaigns

Non-profit agencies often find themselves working on public awareness advertising and marketing campaigns. While radio PSAs and flyers are good ways of spreading the word, promotional items can really launch a message in a way that it cant be ignored. Whether your message is a greener Earth or cleaner lungs, here are five ideas for non-profit campaigns using promotional items.

Get peer leaders on board.
One of the most effective methods for getting your marketing message out to the widest audience possible is to get peer leaders on board first. That works just as well in the executive business community as it does in the world of teens and school. Start your campaign with an event targeted at peer leaders, using promotional items to reinforce your point. Give out promotional t-shirts and conference folders emblazoned with your brand logo and advertising message. The conference participants will wear them or carry them, bringing additional publicity to your cause and highlight your brand and organisations message even further.

Get viral.
The tactics used by guerilla marketers work just as well for non profit PSAs. Put your slogan or logo and web site address on a range of inexpensive promotional items and start handing them out on street corners. The visibility will raise brand awareness and the curiosity factor will bring people to hear your message. If you choose wearable promotional items, every one that you hand out will reach dozens of other eyes.

Give out goodies in return for a pledge or work.
Give to get is a time-honored tradition in the advertising world, and it can work for you too. Need signatures on a petition? Hand out car stickers to those who sign. Looking for a commitment to eschew teen drinking? Give out I signed The Pledge lanyards or jelly bracelets. Be sure to choose promotional items that have a high visibility factor to ensure that your campaign gets the most visibility possible..

Use promotional items for membership drives.
Whether you hand out an inexpensive promo item to every new member or choose higher value items as recruitment incentives to existing members, promotional items can boost your membership numbers into overdrive. Increase their draw by choosing highly visible promotional items like t-shirts and carry bags as your message carriers.

Choose promotional items that are appropriate for your message.
If youre raising green or environmental awareness, it doesnt make much sense to hand out disposable items or those made from petroleum based products. Make sure that everything you hand out fits your specific message but dont be afraid to give it a clever and novel twist. Hand out imprinted breath strips for an anti-smoking campaigns with the message You wouldnt need these if you didnt smoke or mug snugs imprinted with the message I Dont Drink! for a teen drinking awareness campaign.

For additional information on promotional items, business gifts and marketing promotional products why not check out the market leading online suppliers where you will find a massive range of items to choose from and also get exceptionally low prices combined with highly professional fast service levels.

How To Treat And Prevent Muscle And Joint Pain

Pain in the muscles and joints is frequently termed arthritis by patients and sometimes by doctors, but most arthritis is not arthritis at all. True arthritis affects the joints, and the joints are red, warm, swollen, and painful to move. Arthralgia means pain without inflammation in the joints. Myalgia means pain in the muscles. these pains are not arthritis but can be very bothersome. Usually they are not serious and will go away. They can be caused by tension, virus infections, unusual exertion, accidents, or they can have no obvious cause. Only seldom do they indicate a serious disease.

There are over 100 types of arthritis and rheumatism. The four most common types are osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, gout, and spondylitis. Osteoarthritis is usually not serious, occurs in later life, and frequently causes knobby swelling of the end joints of the fingers. Rheumatoid arthritis usually starts in middle or later life and may cause you to feel sick and stiff all over in addition to the joint problems. Gout occurs mostly in men, with sudden, severe attacks of pain and swelling, usually in one joint at a time-frequently the big toe, the ankle, or the knee. Spondylitis affects the back and joints of the low back and may be suspected if your back is sore for a long time, particularly stiff in the morning, and you are unable to touch your toes.

Arthralgia and myalgia syndromes are much more common than true arthritis. Doctors often do not agree on diagnostic terms in this area, and two doctors may give different names to your problem. Arthralgia and myalgia seldom progress to a serious condition. the consequences of arthritis occur very slowly and are often better prevented than corrected. Arthritis, arthralgia, and myalgia result in more lost work days due to sickness than any other category of disease.

Only rarely does a patient with arthritis or arthralgia need to be seen by a physician immediately. Home treatment will usually resolve the problem. The relative emergencies are: (1) infection, (2) nerve damage, (3) fractures near a joint, and (4) gout. In the first three, serious damage may result if the joint is neglected; and in the fourth, the pain is so intense that immediate help is needed. Fever, weight loss, or other symptoms besides pain, or pain persisting for six weeks or more indicates the need to see the doctor if there is no obvious minor cause for these symptoms.

Both rest and exercise are important in treating muscle and joint pain. Try to relax and gently stretch the involved areas. Warm baths, massage, and stretching exercises should be used as frequently as possible. Sponge-soled shoes may help if you walk or stand on hard floors. Better light to help you relax a bit farther from the page or a better chair may help if you spend a lot of time at a desk. Regular exercise, slowly increased from every gentle move to more vigorous, can help restore the proper muscle tone; I recommend walking, bicycling, and swimming. Aspirin and ibuprofen are available over the counter and may be used in low to moderate doses. You can significantly reduce the chance of muscle and joint pain with these treatments.

Lee Mcintyre's Auction Secret Profits Review

ABOUT LEE MCINTYRE (AUTHOR OF AUCTION SECRET PROFITS)

Lee McIntyre is a teacher who has already successfully sold digital products online in the teaching niche. Although Lee has only been trading online since 2006 he is a true success, selling 600+ copies of his first Internet Marketing ebook, Auction Profits Unleashed, during pre-launch alone. Since then Lee has launched a number of successful ebooks, a membership site and an excellent newsletter.

ABOUT AUCTION SECRET PROFITS

In Auction Secret Profits, Lee explains how you can use ebay to generate a lot of viral traffic and additional income. The topics Lee covers include:

- The eBay Ebook Market!!

- How to Profit from eBay Auctions without Selling Anything!!

- Creating Short Reports!!

- How giving away Ebooks can Make you More Money than Selling Them!!

- How to get Ebook Sellers working for You!!

Lee begins Auction Secret Profits by discussing the eBay ebook market. In particular Lee discusses the flaws in the market and the mistakes that many eBay ebook sellers make (as an eBay ebook seller myself I thankfully don't make make these mistakes). Lee goes on to discuss how you can gain from the flaws in the eBay ebook market. Overall, this section is a refreshing take on the eBay ebook market. If you browse many Internet Marketing forums you will see topics such as "The eBay ebook market is dead". However, Lee has shown that money can be made if you are a little creative.

Next, Lee goes on to discuss how to measure the demand for different products on eBay. This is a lot easier than I thought it would be and all the research methods can be implemented on the actual eBay website. Lee even gives some suggestions to readers of the ebook as to what is currently in demand. For example, at the time of writing Auction Secret Profits, the World of Warcraft was one of these in demand products.

Once you have choosen a niche or product to focus on (based on your eBay research) you need to monetise it (make money from it). Lee discusses how to do this in great detail and even provides two different methods to monetise your chosen niche/product. Unfortunately, I can't discuss these methods in this review as it would reveal too much of Lee's subject matter and that is something I do not want to do. However, I assure you that it is great information for people who want to profit from eBay traffic and Lee really has overdelivered here.

In the next section of Auction Secret Profits, Lee discusses creating short reports based on your chosen product/niche. First, he discusses how you can research the information for your short report for free or at a very low cost. Then he provides a few quick writing tips. After this Lee discusses a number of other ways you could create your short reports including PLR and outsourcing. Lee also discusses making money from the report in this section but as I have already said I can't disclose that information. Overall, this is a great section with the information being straight to the point. PLR and outsourcing are often neglected in other ebooks that discuss product creation.

At this point you will now have all the ingredients you need to generate viral traffic and income from eBay. You now just need to get your reports out there. In the final section of Auction Secret Profits Lee discusses how to distribute your reports. There is lots of useful advice here which includes making your ebook look more professional, offering it to ebook sellers on eBay and more. Although the information in this section is not very advanced this does give you a lot of ideas for distributing your ebook.

In conclusion, I have to tell you that this was not an easy ebook to review. The nature of the information means that I can't reveal to much without completely giving Lee's game away. However, with Auction Secret Profits, Lee has provided a complete system for generating traffic and revenue from eBay WITHOUT listing your own auctions. It's a very low cost system and with the examples Lee provides there really is no excuse why anyone can't implement their own Auction Secret Profits system.

GOOD POINTS

- Lee makes it very easy to measure demand on eBay.

- I really like the level of detail Lee provided when discussing creating your own short reports. Lee provides lots of resources which will help you - even if you have never created a product before.

- Once your reports are out there that's it. There is no more tweaking or maintenance required.

BAD POINTS

- Lee could have provided links to some good ecover designers. - I don't think the level of traffic from these methods is as great as Lee mentions.

HOW I HAVE GAINED FROM AUCTION SECRET PROFITS

As an eBay ebook seller myself I thankfully don't make the mistakes that Lee mentions. I have created my own ebooks and am increasingly working on creating more and more of my own products. I implement a lot of the ideas Lee mentions inside Auction Secret Profits already. However, one area I need to seriously improve upon is testing. I get my ebooks out there but I don't test the results. Lee explains how to do this so I just need to start doing it.
